On 14 and 15 December 2021, the TPM of the partners of the UpT2S project took part in Paide, Estonia.
On the agenda 2021-12-14 was first a project overview. EFA La Malvesia, as project manager, informed the partners about the project’s status.
The next item on the agenda was the evaluation and summary of the C1-activity presented by DEULA Nienburg.
Another essential item on the agenda was part of the presentation and implementation of the Multiplier Events, which each partner should hold—exchange of experience and collection of ideas.
The day was rounded off by an attractive supporting program on the host Järvamaa Kutsehariduskeskus.
On the second day of the meeting, EFA La Malvesia explained financial matters and clarified them.
After that, the agenda item IO3 took up a large part of the day. FRMFR Bretagne lead that part. The IO3 is a guideline for trainers. In the run-up, the partners were encouraged to collect examples of good practice. These were then analysed and discussed with the partners.
Finally, a detailed summary followed, and the partners were assigned further tasks.
